Job requirements

  • 1+ year of experience as a Data Analyst (preferably in payments, finance, or e-commerce).

  • Strong SQL and Excel/Google Sheets skills.

  • Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).

  • Ability to analyze large datasets and present insights clearly.

  • Understanding of key product metrics (LTV, ARPPU, ROI, etc.)

  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in FinTech, payments, or subscription-based businesses.

  • A/B tests experience.

You will

  • Improve billing logics in collaboration with product managers.

  • Configure and monitor key payment metrics.

  • Research and figure out the insights based on payment and user data.

  • Enhance the analytics infrastructure for payments.

  • Work with PSPs and banks to improve payment flows.

  • Optimize processing costs and payment approval rates.
