The Role

We’re looking for a CMO / Marketing Leader to drive growth across a diverse portfolio of global mobile products with a proven, scaled acquisition engine. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys momentum, ownership, and the challenge of pushing a strong multi-product system further.

You’ll step into an organization running at a 7-digit monthly marketing spend, with a clear ambition to significantly scale this investment and drive sustainable growth across our entire portfolio. Your focus will be on scaling performance marketing, raising the bar on creative and experimentation, and continuously improving efficiency as we grow.

As a Marketing Leader, you’ll own the marketing function end-to-end — performance marketing, experimentation, creative production, and team development. You will partner closely with the C-level suite, General Managers, and marketing teams to translate high-level business goals into clear, measurable growth plans. You'll act as a strategic catalyst, driving the adoption of cutting-edge practices and streamlining operational frameworks to empower individual product teams. Your mission is to elevate our marketing maturity by fostering a culture of continuous learning, advanced experimentation, and high-performance standards, ensuring our growth engine remains lean and sophisticated.

What will you be responsible for

  • Define the overall marketing strategy across our portfolio of subscription-based mobile products and help teams turn goals into clear acquisition plans.

  • Own and optimize product-wide CPA at scale, with Meta Ads as the primary growth driver and a strong focus on efficiency and volume.

  • Scale acquisition through continuous experimentation, testing new UA channels and approaches beyond the core setup.

  • Oversee marketing performance tracking end-to-end, from portfolio-level P&L down to channel KPIs and CPA.

  • Lead, mentor, and grow the UA and Creative Production teams, supported with the right resources, tooling, and clear priorities. Improve marketing processes and methodologies across teams, ensuring we use the best tools and latest industry practices.

  • Drive team performance through regular feedback, structured evaluations, and individual development plans.

  • Evaluate, test, and implement new MarTech tools and integrations to improve speed, insight, and scalability.

Your expertise

  • Strong marketing leadership background with 5+ years of experience in B2C performance marketing (Mobile/Web, Tier-1). We’re looking for someone who has previously excelled as a Head of Performance, UA Lead/Meta Lead, or Creative Marketing Lead.

  • Proven track record of managing 7-figure monthly spends with a focus on positive ROI and net profit growth.

  • Deep-dive expertise in Meta Ads, along with a strong understanding of Google UAC, TikTok, and other UA sources.

  • Hands-on experience solving complex scaling problems and navigating platform-specific volatility.

  • Expertise to build and optimize a creative production process/factory, with a strong focus on automation and efficient integrations.

  • Experience leading teams in fast-paced startup environments, including hiring, performance management, and building IDPs.
