About the role

You will be a Core Developer in one of the product teams, taking charge of developing and scaling our mobile product and its ecosystem. This is a high-impact position where you’ll be involved in the entire product lifecycle: from building core product features and modern UIs to designing a reliable, fast, and efficient infrastructure around it. You’ll work directly day-to-day with the General Manager and have a clear, measurable impact on the product’s unit economics.

Technical stack: AI-driven Engineering, Flutter, TS, Firebase, Node. 

What you need for this position

• You’re an AI-augmented engineer. You actively use tools like Copilot, Cursor, or Claude to speed up your routine, refactor efficiently, and solve problems faster.

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience as a Software Engineer (designing & developing both mobile (primarily) and web applications).

• You communicate openly and feel comfortable in a fast-paced agile team where things can change rapidly.

• You’re a truly product-oriented engineer. You don’t just write code in a vacuum — your technical decisions are always driven by real product and engineering metrics, keeping business goals in mind.

• You can solve product and business problems end-to-end completely solo. You know how to take a high-level problem description and turn it into an efficient, working engineering solution without needing someone to hold your hand.

• Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform, particularly Firebase services including Firestore, Storage, and Performance, as well as experience with Firebase Flutter SDK, Bloc, and Hive storage.

• Hands-on experience building backend (Node.js and Lambda preferred). We value any strong backend background; if you haven't used our specific stack, we expect you to bridge the gap using AI tools and a high "speed of learning" to ship production-ready code.

What You'll Be Doing

• Design, build, and maintain mobile app and its infra using Flutter and a Node.js backend. Develop and optimize web-frontend (marketing funnels).

• Leverage AI tools (Cursor, Copilot, etc.) to accelerate development, refactor code, and maintain high code quality.

• Take an active role in product management: monitoring how users interact with your features and identifying areas for improvement. You will analyze user flow through marketing funnels, identifying drop-off points and technical bottlenecks that affect conversion. You won't just wait for tasks; you'll proactively suggest tech improvements based on data insights.

• Design and implement A/B tests to validate hypotheses, working closely with the product team to optimize core metrics.

• Build a robust, scalable infrastructure.

• Work directly with the General Manager and marketing team to align engineering efforts with business growth and scalability.
